A Place to Connect
Founders’ is a place to catch up with friends, connect with your community, and stay awhile.
Everything we do revolves around creating a space that’s inviting and inspiring. Our cultural and community hub is a converted industrial brick building from the early 1900s located on Charlottetown’s waterfront. The large windows and high ceilings convey the light, laid-back vibes of the market. Our outdoor patio (Charlottetown’s largest!) and cozy mezzanine seating make it easy to lose track of time, whether you’re enjoying craft beers with pals, lunching with colleagues, or getting work done remotely.

Almost everything great that happens in life happens in the kitchen – parties, great meals, friendly conversation. That’s our philosophy anyways, and that’s why you’ll find the Meyer’s Demo Kitchen located in the heart of Founders’ Food Hall & Market.

Rent the Meyer Demo Kitchen for YOUR Special Event
Available to rent at affordable rates, the Meyer Demo Kitchen has everything you need to host your culinary event or prep a whole lotta food. Licensed for food preparation, the Meyer Demo Kitchen provides a turn-key rental experience that will take the stress out of your catering gig*, food product prep, or cooking event.
You’ll find everything you need – from refrigerators to induction burners, pots, pans, plate ware, serving space, ovens, and more. And, just as importantly, our dedicated staff are ready to answer any questions and get you set up for success!
