*Note: The complete program is complimentary to groups with 400+ delegates
Terms & Conditions:
- The Airport Welcome will be included for the two busiest arrival flights scheduled between 8 am and 6 pm
- The conference organizer must provide artwork/logos in required formats (.ai or .eps vector files) and by specified deadlines to ensure the timely production of banners
- Proofs of welcome banners will be provided to conference organizers prior to production. The conference organizer is responsible for review and approval of the final proof
- Organizers must notify Meet PEI of any changes (e.g., delegate reductions below 400, date/venue changes) no later than 30 days before the event
- Organizers grant Meet PEI a non-exclusive license to use provided logos and assets solely for program delivery and promotion.
- Should the delegate count drop below 400, Meet PEI reserves the right to withdraw the complimentary program benefits
- Conferences hosted in Summerside, PEI may qualify for a Big Fish welcome with less than 400 delegates, at Meet PEI and the City of Summerside’s discretion
