Prince Edward Island National Park
Explore all three regions of Prince Edward Island National Park. Stunning sunsets, beaches, and red sandstone cliff views await you in Cavendish-North Rustico while Brackley-Dalvay showcases rolling dunescapes and sparkling wetlands. Further east has Greenwich with its majestic parabolic dunes. In July and August, visitors can enjoy engaging learning activities and immerse themselves in Island culture through music, stories, demonstrations, and presentations hosted at PEI National Park and Green Gables Heritage Place. Golfers will love to play a round at the breathtaking Green Gables Golf Course.
Green Gables Heritage Place
Walk in the footsteps of one of Canada’s most celebrated authors and immerse yourself in the landscape that inspired the story of Anne of Green Gables. This national treasure boasts exquisite gardens, the original house and farmyard, walking trails (including “Lovers Lane”), animated bilingual interpretive events, displays, The Cordial Café and more! Group reservations are requested, and off-season visits are available.
Skmaqn – Port-la-Joye – Fort Amherst National Historic Site
Walk the paths of the extensive trail network here and take in the outdoor exhibit to discover the rich history of settlement, conflict, and change during the struggle for control of North America. Learn about the importance of this site to French, Mi’kmaq and British history.
